Question 1

What is More 2 It Peps Singles?

Accepted Answer

Our single-vial store. You buy one vial at a time at a fixed price, check out right away and it ships once your payment is verified. No kits, no splits and no group buy round to wait on.

Question 2

How is this different from the group buys?

Accepted Answer

Both are run by More 2 It Peps. Singles (this site): one vial at a time, fixed per-vial prices, ships after payment is verified. Group buys (more2itgbs.com): full 10-vial kits and 5-vial split kits ordered in rounds, with pricing and ship dates set per round. Orders and payments for the two are separate.

Question 3

Is there an order minimum?

Accepted Answer

No. You can order a single vial.

Question 4

How much is shipping, and what does “2–3 day” mean?

Accepted Answer

Ground is $9 and 2–3 Day is $13, flat per order. The time shown is transit time after your order ships, not total delivery time. Orders ship after your payment is verified, so allow for verification and packing before the transit time starts.

Question 5

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. After you place your order, the payment details and your order number appear on screen. Put your order number in the payment note. We confirm every payment by hand before shipping.

Question 6

What do the order statuses mean?

Accepted Answer

Pending — awaiting payment: order placed, payment not received yet. Payment sent — being verified: you told us you paid; we are matching it. Payment verified: we received it. Processing: being packed. Shipped: on its way, with a tracking number. Completed: delivered / closed. Canceled: payment not received or order canceled. You get an email at each step, and Track Order always shows the current status.

Question 7

Do you have certificates of analysis (COAs)?

Accepted Answer

Where a lab report is available, it is linked on the product page with its batch/lot number and report date, so you can match it to your vial. A COA reports the lab results for the specific batch that was tested. It is not a guarantee of safety, and it does not make a product suitable for any use other than laboratory research.

Question 8

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Use Track Order with your order number and email. You'll see your order's status, and the tracking number once it ships.

Question 9

Do you have an affiliate program?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Apply on the Affiliate page. Once approved you get your own referral code and link, and a dashboard showing clicks, referred orders and commissions.

Question 10

How should vials be stored?

Accepted Answer

Store sealed vials refrigerated (2–8°C) and away from direct light.

Question 11

Are these products for human use?

Accepted Answer

No. All products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, and not for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
