Shipping Policy

Shipping is a flat rate per order, no matter how many vials you order:

Ground — $9 (standard ground transit) 2–3 Day — $13 (2–3 business days in transit)

These are transit times, counted from the day your order ships — not total delivery time from when you order. Orders ship after payment has been verified, so allow time for verification and packing before transit begins.

You get an email at each step (payment verified, processing, shipped, completed). A tracking number is added to your order once it ships — you can see it on the Track Order page with your order number and email.

We ship to U.S. addresses, including APO/FPO/DPO and the U.S. territories listed at checkout.
